As a purpose-driven leader, Lauren is redefining what it means to nurture emotional intelligence and resilience in today’s world.

    For over 15 years, Lauren has successfully led her private styling business, building a reputation as one of the most in-demand global private stylists. Her “inside shines outside” approach has not only shaped wardrobes but also transformed lives, earning her the trust of a diverse, international clientele. As a leader in the style and wellness space, Lauren has championed confidence, authenticity, and personal empowerment, consistently delivering life-changing results that go far beyond fashion.

    Lauren’s evolution as a mother and entrepreneur, coupled with her personal healing journey, inspired her to take her leadership further by co-founding BEEM. In recognizing the urgent need for emotional support and mindfulness education in families, she stepped into a new role: that of a change maker in early childhood development education. Her ability to lead with empathy, vision, and deep purpose has positioned BEEM as a pioneering force in family wellness.

  • Shirley Ramos Roseman is a passionate advocate for mindfulness, spirituality, and conscious living. A certified Jivamukti Yoga instructor, graduate of the SKY Breath Meditation program, and practitioner of Transcendental Meditation (TM), Shirley has been exploring the transformative power of yoga and meditation since 2009. Her dedication to mindfulness extends to teaching, having spent two years guiding children from kindergarten through 4th grade in meditation and mindful practices, helping them develop emotional resilience, focus, and self-awareness.

    An author of Thoughts of a Butterfly, Shirley brings her experience as a teacher, writer, and conscious capital investor into every aspect of her work. Known for her superpowers as a connector and her ability to lean into intuition, she inspires those around her to cultivate meaningful relationships and embrace personal growth. As a devoted wife and mother of two, Shirley seamlessly integrates her spiritual practice with the joys of family life, encouraging individuals and families to embrace holistic well-being and mindfulness.

    Rachel Rey is an entrepreneur and investor with a passion for mindful living, wellness, and curated experiences. She co-founded and helped launch Always XO, a gifting company that thoughtfully curated meaningful, mindful products for special occasions. She was also a founding partner in Blue & Cream, a renowned fashion boutique in New York, where she played a key role in shaping the brand’s early success.

    Currently, Rachel is an investor and partner in a New York-based catering company that specializes in mindful, nutritious cuisine while managing large-scale events and contracts, including collaborations with Victoria’s Secret and celebrity chefs. She is also an investor in health-focused food brands like OWYN and RLY Tea, staying deeply connected to the world of wellness and clean nutrition.

    Above all, Rachel is a devoted mother and wife, with family as her top priority. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she created a learning pod for her son and his friends, incorporating mindfulness, yoga, and meditation into their daily routine. Her commitment to fostering mindfulness in children and families continues to inspire her work today.

  • Missy Brown serves as the Program Director at BEEM and is the founder of Deep Play for Kids (DPK), a trauma-informed, play-based wellness initiative that integrates yoga, mindfulness, and creative movement for children and families.

    With over 25 years of experience in yoga and wellness education, Missy is known for her heart-centered, inclusive approach that empowers individuals to reconnect with their innate resilience and joy. Her programs are designed to meet people exactly where they are, offering tools for self-regulation, emotional awareness, and embodied learning.

    Through DPK, Missy offers a wide range of services—including teacher certifications, professional development, private sessions, and immersive retreats—that are adaptable across diverse settings and populations. Her work is rooted in the belief that healing and growth happen through connection, play, and unconditional acceptance.

    Missy’s commitment to lifelong learning and her own lived experiences inform every aspect of her teaching. She is honored to share these practices, which have transformed her life and the lives of many others, one breath and one child at a time.
